Rond Point des Pistes / Odalys

Hi all

Does anyone else on this forum have an appartment at Rond Point des

Pistes in Tignes?

And is anyone else have problems with Odalys?

I'm getting worried as they're now nearly 4 months late with their last

rental payment and I'm still waiting. I've been chasing frequently but they

won't answer my emails. The Owners' Department occassionally used to

answer the phone (although could never give an expected payment date

or explain why payment hadn't been made yet) but recently, they haven't

been answering the phone.

I'm used to Odalys being a couple of months late but this is the latest

they've paid yet which seems strange after their MD sent a mail-out

earlier in the year apologising for Odalys' past late payments and ensuring

that payments would be made on time in future.

Does anyone know if Odalys is in trouble or if they're just long-term

dreadful payers?
