No I wouldn't be optimistic
1 Février 2014No I wouldn't be optimistic about a rent improvement. We have not recieved our rent for the quarter which was due in January. Has anyone else had this experience?

Hi all, just new to the forum
6 Mai 2015Hi all, just new to the forum. My (reduced) rent has been paid on time except for a period last year or the year before when it was 2 months late as they made a mistake with my bank details.
I heard that a group got together at the time the rent was being reduced and forced Accelis to retain the higher rent for members of that group. Unfortunately, I wasn't in the group.
Does anyone know anything about that?
