I asked Mme Davrinche for an update.

The crack continues to be monitored by the firm FUGROCONSULTING which has been commision by the solictor M..Viry - we pay for this..

I do not have details of any movement of the crack - that information is only obtainable from FUGROCONSULTING.

Corrective work cannot start until after M. Viry submits his final report which has not been done because the syndicate asked for a ruling on payment via the 10 year insurance - I'm not sure of the translation here but the french is " l’expert n’a pas rendu son rapport définitif au tribunal car nous avons demandé une prise en charge de ses travaux par l’assurance décennale"

A court hearing to rule on the sysndicate request will be held on September 3.

Has any more word come in on the court case Seamus?

On another note is anyone finding the charges excessive with Nexity?

We seem to be paying out a lot of money and getting very little occupancy in return

There is an email cirulating at the moment between Saboia co-owners regarding the crack and a decision about possible closure of the building by November 20th. I just want to check if there is anyone in this group who has not been receiving the email.
