well www.worldwidegroup.eu are not so proud of themselves and their endevours that they put their name on the site...
I can see that they list a French leaseback property for sale at €255, a resale, with a "guaranteed rent of between €4k and €10k per year". I know for a fact that this was the original selling price of the property and rent of €10k has not been seen for years, not since the developer/operator sold all the properties and went into receivership. The rent is more like €4k, most of which is taken up with Syndic maintenance fees and Taxe Fonciere.
So, personally I wouldn't take anything presented on the site at face value.
The company is based at 3a Railway Ave, Monaghan St, Newry Co. Down.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is just a web crawler site (that it just crawls other sites and presents listings).
There is no real estate affiliation listed, nor membership of any regulatory body that I can see.

I think they trade under worldwide group but registered as Property Advertisting Ltd.
stay clear! I contacted them over a year ago looking to sell my place and got a very bad vibe from them. First of all they wanted an upfront charge of I think 250 euro. I did some searching about the group online and only saw bad reports. The fact that they operate out of what looks like a shack in Newry did not fill me with confidence either so stay clear is my advice.
