FrançaisHI, sorry for bothering people on this. We have a property in Nice Acropolis which listed as Aparthotel Adagio Nice Acropolis. Our Management company is Pierre et Vacances. I cannot locate this property on the drop down menu for residences under P&V. I wonder if anyone else here also has a property here. Thank you. Susan.

Do you know if there are other's registered here who have a leaseback property in this location.
I'm looking to sell if possible and I would welcome advice from others. I received notification from Adagio today that we will be offered some sort of compensation for non payment of rent during Covid-19 and advising that they are resuming rental payments with effect 1st June, 2020. I understand the difficulties involved in selling such a property and I did contact Herve but unfortunately, have not received a response since I emailed in January.

Adagio, Pierre et Vacances are not all easy to sell and I am surprised Mr RABRET has not responded. August is a bad month to do business in France as they are all on holidays. But if you like I could try to assist selling the property. If you want to contact me directly don't hesitate. I don't know any others owners in the residence.
