FrançaisHi, have a interest only mortgage which is due to expire in 2023 which will require refinancing. My current lender is CIF which is no longer issuing loans based on information I previously obtained from them (albeit it was 4 years when I last raised this with them). Has anyone any recent experience of refinancing their French mortgage or know of a good starting point to do so.?

I had this same problem with
25 Mai 2022I had this same problem with CIF. I had to remortgage my home to raise the funds as my french property was only worth half the outstanding CIF mortgage. I am currently trying to find a lender to remortgage the french property to release funds so that I have something that is tax deductible.
