Residence Paxton

Hi every body,

During 2003, Accélis cut the rent they used to pay me because some owners haven't paid the property tax. What may happen if they don't pay their mortgage ? Do we pay for them ? What about their mortgage ? Would the bank take the property back ?

Is the class action exist in France ?

I own an apartment in Residence Paxton and live in Dublin, Ireland..

My rent decreased by about 30% in 2011 which I agreed to because I was afraid not to, in case I would get nothing.

I don't know anybody else in Paxton but heard that a group was put together to fight the rent decrease and won. Do you know about this group or are you in it?

Would you have a contact number or email I could use? I am trying to contact other members via this site also.
