Current proposal Fermes

I was inquiring about a leaseback units in Fermes. I received an overview of the current proposal by CGH on the lease renewal. After calculations this is somewhere between 1-2% yield depending on own use, and you have to pay for refurb as well. Any feedback from current owners as to where they stand with the renewal process?
