I am potentionally looking at purchasing a leaseback property on Les Jardins St Benoit (Garrigae). I am concerned that the value of the property is dependent on the success of the resort and the management company, Garrigae. Does anyone have any useful insights? Thanks in advance, Scott

They have quite a few devs and look to be successful. prices reasonable, not your 5+ stars but good quality. If you buy ay one you have access to the others.

Hi Ronec,

I am looking for a second home nearby Pezenas and I am talking to

Garrigae. This company seems to be professional and friendly. I did visit Les

Jardins which was quite impressive in terms of build quality but there is no

more pool villa available right now. I have checked the trip advisor wesite

also and the rating is positive regarding management. If you know

somebody willing to sell a pool villa please let me know.

Leasebacks are not developed as second homes. They are tourist residences.

Leasebacks are what you consider them....!!


I consider mine as a 'second home', as I reside there for 1/12th of the year with my family and have personalised it to some extent.


If you are in it for pure investment, good luck to you, nothing wrong with that either.
