Hi all

 

Just to advise that we now have our lease translated into English (professionally), for a charity donation I am happy to share it with other owners. Ours is with MGM (management company is CGH)

Hi,

Just wondering how much it cost you for the translation and who you used.  Unfortunately your translation won't be of use to me as I'm not in the same Management Co.

Would appreciate the info, I can't believe we didn't all insist on getting documents in English before we entered into these investments.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply.

We used this company:-

Managed Language Services Solutions-------------------------------------------------------------------Ken Mealing PUSH Professional Ltd.The Old Breedon School, 8 Reading RoadPangbourne, Berkshire. RG8 7LYTel: +44 (0)118 984 1931 and it cost £800 incl vat, but you pay by the word, you can get a rough quote from their website. I thought they were excellent.I agree with you, why didn't we do this before, we relied on the MGM London office to tell us what it said, very strange that they didn't have an English translation when we asked as well. RegardsMandi

We are in the same position as you with a MGM built/CGH managed property (Le Hameau du Beaufortain in Les Saisies). 

I would appreciate a copy of your translated lease and would be happy to pay you for this as I am sure the translation must have been expensive

Hi, I've only just joined this website/ forum and I'm considering a leaseback in les saises, it's a new build and shown as being managed by " MMV by Terresens" is that the same management company. 

I would really appreciate a read over this.
