Françaishi, does anybody have experience of the management company grandalpes (aka BBV)? i am thinking about buying a resale property in les menuires built by MGM.
also, looking to when the lease is renewed in 4/5 years time, what are people's experiences of renegotiating rental returns & personal use after the first 9 years?
