FrançaisI am thinking about buying in orelle a bit out of the way but linked to the trois vallee- the price is good but a couple of things worry me. Its not ski in ski out and is linked to val thorens by telecabin that can be prone to closure in high wind. The development is around 700 km from the lift.The place is really quiet. Anybody any thoughts?

We are now two quarters behind with the rent payments and are struggling to get any response. Yesterday we were given this email address srp@cela.fr which we are told will provide a reply in English.
We were planning to ski in February and tried to get them to take the apartment rental out of the outstanding income payments. They’ve not been able to understand this concept!
We were told in November that they had raised new finance of 20 million euros for the new year, no sign of this yet though.
At the same time we were promised payment by the end of November but are still waiting.
Any updates of info would be a big help.
