FrançaisI am totally new to the leaseback field and would really appreciate if anybody can give me positive feed back in the above Aude and Carcassone apartments. As I am new to searches, can anybody recommend other 1 bedroom properties costing between £60 to £70,000 in the south and Languedoc regions and is bartering just a thing we do in Northern Ireland, can I negotiate prices ie lower offers. Also I have read in the forum about management companies handing over leases to new companies who then drop net rental which scares the bejeebis out of me, as I thought that the net rental was guaranteed under the lease contract -how can this happen as I would be relying on the rent to cover the mortgage. I am going to the Place in the Sun Exhib in Birmingham, at end of month, does anybody know of contacts there for leaseback in France.
