Hi Seamus,

If a leaseback is up and running i.e. so the lease commences immediately - and there is a full VAT refund - how long does it usually take from buying a leaseback that has started operating (i.e. drawing down all the loan immediately) to getting the VAT back from French Revenue?

Hi Seamus,


If I use a large practice like KPMG in France and tell them it's paramount that the application is processed immediately, how likely are they to get it within three months (given the leaseback is already open 6 months)
