Our apartment is on the outskirts of Paris (1 bed). We're now into our third year so we are expecting to pay the full taxe fonciere this year. Last year we had our first bill which came to only 68 euros. However, the base rate quoted is 1687. Is this the amount we will have to pay for this year, or will it be a percentage of that?
