FrançaisIm thinking of selling my leaseback house at Golf des Fontenelles to my company as it will help financially. I wondered if anybody could recommend a notaire who understands leasebacks and could hande the tranaction. Even though the sale is from myself to the comanywhich i own 100% i'm assuming i will still need to pay the full transfer taxes as if it were a third party sale.
