I have used Fabien Cordiez, a dual-qualified bilingual solicitor. He is based in Southern France, not Ireland, but is very knowlmedgeable and efficient on French leaseback matters.

Yes Fabien is very knowledgeable - howver if you require a solicitor / avacat for litigation purposes I am afraid he is not for you - he will negotiate on your behalf with the management company but he does not practice litigation - thought you better be aware before you contact him

I have spoken to Sephora and have sent documents across to allow her to build a plan, Sephora believes a group action will be stronger than multiple individual cases and as such has asked if anyone would be interested in being part of an intial conference call to discuss options and strategy.
