Struggling to find a mortgage

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a leaseback apartment in France but I am really struggling to find a leaseback mortgage for less than 5.15%. I have tried newmortgagefinder as suggested in a previous posting but they seem to be very slow with getting back to me.

Any advise anyone.
