FrançaisIt's official! Taxe Professionnelle must be paid by the management company and not the private owner. Following a court ruling in April this year, I have received a rebate for the TP I paid in 2005. I don't know what's happened to the TP I paid in 2003 and 2004 but I suppose it's a start!
