I don't think there are a lot of options if I'm honest. Grand Bleu are leaving in October so we need to find a new managment company to take over. Thankfully the French owners are very proactive and I'm in contact with a number of them so if we all act collectively then I'm hopefully of a good outcome. I am actually now more worried about owners not paying their fees for the maintenance of the place than Grand Bleu leaving. Ridiculously this problem has become a greater threat to l'Oliveraie than the management company withdrawing.
