End of the lease

I've just joined this forum today ... I finally need to be pro-active in relation to the apartment, as our lease is ending at the end of this year. 

Has anybody had contact with Nemea?  I've emailed twice over the last few weeks, asking for the terms of the new lease that they might be running with, but no reply yet.

I'd like to sell, but even more, I'd like to not incur further obligations if I *do* sell ...

Can anybody share what they've decided to do, and what the reaction from Nemea has been, if any?
