Exceptional call for capital

I have just received an exceptional call for capital from the managing agents of Le Jardin du Golfe in Plan de la Tour.

They are asking for EUR 459.00 to cover the costs of charges that remain unpaid by some owners. Court proceedings have been taken against these owners but pending judgment and enforcement, they are asking us to provide funds as they say they cannot pay their suppliers.

I should be interested in Fabien's view on this.
