Plan De La tour - Odalys- Owners list

Hi all.

I am hoping to build up a list of owners at les jardins du golfe in plan de la tour. the lease ends soon and we dont know what way Odalys are going to behave. They appear to be paying rent only when put under pressure and we dont know if they are interested in renewing the lease and if so on what terms.

- how much will it cost to replace the furniture? (tenant has to pay?)

- how much will it cost to paint the exterior walls? (co-prop has no reserves)

- will they offer a 25% reduction in rent like elsewhere

- could we barter a reduction for more weeks?

- if one wants to end the lease what are the likely costs?

I believe there is strength in numbers...even if we may have different objectives (ie some may want to extend the lease some may want to end it) we cant do much harm keeping in touch. We may be able to share some costs for the inevitable legaql/translation and potentially financial advice needed in the coming months.

Already I have addresses for 5 owners....and hopefully there are a few lurkers on this site....

Also really keen to contact any french speaking owners who may be able to give a different perspective.. J'ai parle le francais un peu!
