Promise by Odalys to pay the rent on time

At our 2013 AGM Jean Marie Astruc who is the Regional Manager stated that they will ensure top priority for timely payments (ha ha what a fib).

I have been trying to find out when the third quarter rent is to be paid but non of his staff reply to e mails and even he couldn't tell me.  it would appear that he is a very busy man and doesn't see his e mails very often.  All too obvious as he hasn't bothered to reply to two follow ups from me.

In the past our french Accountant has been very helpful and been able to get a response out of Odalys, but they won't reply to her now either.

I think Odalys must have serious cashflow problems but havn't yet been able to find anything to this effect on the internet
