i know of one owner in les jardins du golfe in plan de la tour who has not been paid yet
everyone else that I know has been paid. Some on time and some a bit late
to add insult to injury Odalys have reduced the rent by 25% if we want to renew the lease for another 9 years

14 Octobre 2013I own at Les Alberes Argeles sur Mer and I know of one owner who hasn't had any rent at all in 2013 and another couple of owners who haven't yet got quarter 2 rent.
I have been trying to find out from Odalys when quarter 3 will be paid - despite numerous e mails, four of which have definately been read at their end I still have not had the courtesy of a reply.

18 Octobre 2013I own at Les Alberes Argeles sur Mer and some of our owners have not received payment at all this year and others haven't received the second quarter payment and there are many of us who haven't received the third quarter. Odalys won't answer e mails and we can't get through on the phone. Our so called Resident Manager who is supposed to be our contact ,Jean Marie Astruc, gave an undertaking at this years AGM that they were doing everything possible to ensure rents were paid in a timely manner. Ha Ha he won't respond to e mails either!
There must be something going on at Odalys - are they going bankrupt?
Some of us are considering taking legal action - we will wait to the end of this month, then we are putting it in the hands of a French solicitor. I firmly believe that Odalys is far more than a disorganised company, they are a bunch of shysters.

Hello. Can you please answer why my rental income for the 2nd quarter of 2013 has NOT YET been paid. All Emails to Odalys are being ignored. We have bills to pay in France and your lateness in paying us (and ignoring us) is very unprofessional. It is regarding Beardsley/Swinson J114 Les Berge Du Canal, Beziers. I know this isn't the correct place to contact, but all other attempts have been ignored. please pass on to the correct department and demand answers. Come on Odalys, sort this problem out.....You are better than this poor performance!! Kind regards, Steve Beardsley.

Bonjour. Pouvez vous répondez s'il vous plaît pourquoi mon revenu de prix de location depuis 2ème quart de 2013 n'a pas ENCORE été payé. Tous les Courriers électroniques à Odalys sont ignorés. Nous avons des factures pour payer en France et votre retard dans le paiement de nous (et l'ignorance de nous) est très contraire au code professionnel. Il considère Beardsley/Swinson J114 Les Berge Du Canal, Beziers. Je sais que ce n'est pas l'endroit correct pour contacter, mais tous les autres essais ont été ignorés. poursuivez s'il vous plaît au département correct et demandez des réponses. Venez sur Odalys, réglez ce problème..... Vous êtes mieux que cette pauvre performance!! Égards gentils,

Then sure enough, the rent was in our French Bank account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, time to start chasing the 3rd qtr payment!!!!
