FrançaisI've received a letter from P&V of the proposed new lease and charges for refurbishment. The new rent is 20% down on the old rent and there is a once off charge of almost €14K. I've heard informally that P&V are open to negotiating on this with a representative of all owners. Has anybody else received a new lease and know of how we may collectively negotiate?
