FrançaisCan someone let me know what is going on here. I have not heard anything from receivers or payments due. I have not had any contact from new leaseholders. All I get are property tax demands and management demands which I have paid. Unhappy owner.

26 Mars 2011A lot depends on what you've actually done here.
The original management company had difficulties, and did
not stick to there part of the contract
A group of owners formed an association to search for a
new management company and use a solicitor collectively
members of the association were given the option of a new
lease with a new management company.
Although there are still some outstanding payments from
the original management company, i'm under the impression
that most owners who joined the association, have new
leases and are receiving rents on time
Did you join the association?
Did you sign an amendment to the original lease?

4 Mai 2011Thank you for that. I am making progress slowly. I hope things will be sorted sometime soon - still awaiting rent from last and current year.
