there must be owners of Parc Avenir properties viewing, if you are let us know. i'm in contact with 2 other owners, would be useful if there were more of us to share our thoughts?

Perhaps theres people out there who arn't owners at parc avenir, but who have experience of Antaeus or Sygestim?

We are also owners at Park Avenir and have not got a letter from "Maurice PICARD Administrateur Judiciare" which seems to say that rent will not be paid for three months from Jan 2010. Has anyone else got such a letter and are theu clear on the meaning?

Have received a letter but not yet had this translated, Garry (Irish Golfer) is going to get it translated by the weekend

Would be useful to have your email address as i am in contact with Garry & Leo, who are both owners registered on this site

Our understanding is that Antaeus are in a form of examinership and that full proposals will be brought to a meeting on Dec 15th re future rents etc.
