The probability of the bankruptcy of QUIETUDE is close to 100 %.
The probability to get back yr passed dues is now extremely low and we have to concentrate our efforts for the future. We have to decide what to tell to Court in our claim against QUIETUDE.

18 Juillet 2009You are right, I spoke with Mr Shermesser yesterday and he resigned from his job in order no to be involved in what will happen.
There are not paying the commandements de payer anymore and some of their bank accounts are frozen. Yes the bankruptcy is close.
