<p>Has anyone experienced what has happened to us! We received a report from the insurance company employed by Cabinet. We have been informed the bathroom in our property is very badly damaged and the insurance company will not pay. Cabinet said to contact Residhotel but the reply from them is we have stopped rent since 2nd Feb 2014. Can anyone tell us what we can do. We are lost as we have tried to access our apartment in September 2013 but we were refused. Our apartment will deteriorate rapidly but we cannot get over in the near future. Do we get a builder to repair the apartment or get a solicitor? Please we are lost</p>
