FrançaisHaving posted somewhere on this site a few months ago that all was hunky-dory with my leaseback with ResidHotel/Rhode Tourisme, I've been reading the various exchanges regarding failing contracts with growing dread.
And sure enough I'm now been waiting for for three weeks for the latest trimestrial rent; and no reply from Rhode Tourisme.
Anyone else out there with a stake in Divonne/Versoix? The selling agent was Glen Borthwick, who I understand is no longer in the business.
Any good solicitor recommendations would be welcome.

I am an owner in Divonne and have not received payment for Oct quarter.I bought from Glen Borthwick and am based in Ireland.I would like to join any group to be kept updated.Do you know the latest position ?
