FrançaisI understand that Residhotel have gone into administration again and are
being wound-up.
I've had no official communication from Residhotel.
Have any other owners heard anything?
I have notified my mortgage company (Credit Foncier) that I will be unable to
make any further payments unless a new management company takes over.
Can any other owners shed any more light on what is happening with this
development?

7 Mars 2013just wondering how you got on with the mortgage company, we had a similar situation about 2 years ago and when i contacted the same company they werent very helpful and would come to no arrangement with us, it was a case of having to find the funds how ever you could to pay the mortgage

7 Mars 2013I haven't heard from them yet though to be fair it's less than a week since I
emailed them.
My French accountant says that if I stop paying the mortgage then they will
eventually re-possess the property. She also added that if there is a shortfall
between what they get and what is still owing then they will most likely just
write it off as a loss rather than trying to pursue me in the UK.
