I just got a new info from the French owners, they have been payed at the end of last week.

So, keep your fingers crossed for this time.
We have now received the letter asking 30% reduction during the periode of construction of a guest passage to the thermal baths, and the opening of a balneotherapy center. But no mention of dates on the new contrat...No mention neither of how big contructions we are talking about.
I will try to found out more about these constructions, and let you know.

The main excuse for this rental reduction is that when Residhotel toke
over, the existing medical thermal baths was supposed to rehabilitate
an old construction to spa center(non medical) with a direct acces
from the residence throught a "passerelle". This construction is still
the same,nothing has been done, the tourist information does not hear
anymore about this. In the meantime, the existing center had a new
management, that doesn't talk about this project. So this means that this
rental reduction has no deadline....
