Rent worries- Mona Lisa

Hello,

I'm just wondering if any other owners of apartments in La Distillerie in Pezenas are on this site, and if so, how are you dealing with the late payment and non-payment of rent? The property is of course managed by SEML - a division if Mona Lisa.
