Resale of leaseback property - anyone know a good agency to use?

I own a 6 person apartment in Edelweiss located in les Deux Alpes which was purchased in 2006. I have started looking at potentially selling it this year but its not easy to find agencies who handle leaseback purchases. One agency wanted a 10 % commission fee and the sale price offered was nearly 50% less than what we bought the property for and would just about cover the remaining mortgage. Has anyone else had any luck with selling their leaseback? I know we wont get what we paid for it but certainly expect more than 50% of its original price.
