Petit Lac, Cannes-Mandelieu

Hi,

I'm interested in a new leaseback development "Petit Lac" in Cannes-Mandelieu. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this, and if so, what are your thoughts.

If you jumped at the chance, i'd love to know why, and equally if you ran a mile, i'd be even more interested to hear why?

The developer is Kaufman et Broad, and the management company is MMV Group. Anyone had any previous dealings with either of these??

Having never done anything like this before, i'd be really grateful for any words of advice/wisdom that you could share.
